Passport Problems

    Well, here’s our Passport story:

I only needed a renewal, while my Fiancee needed a new one. I put my application in first back in early July. About three weeks later, My Fiancee put hers in (I had hers expedited). She got hers not even a week and a half later, so she was ready to go.

As for my renewal, well first when it finally showed up online, they had my name misspelled. When I called the hotline, the young lady told me that while she couldn’t do anything herself, she could put a notation in the record for the agent handling it to review. Within a week they corrected the error, and I just got my Passport today (I didn’t expedite mine, as I was confident I would get it back soon, lol).

No Passport nightmare, per se, but the best way to go for most would be to go the extra mile and have it expedited, preferably through the postal centers that handle passports, or a Passport processing office (like the one back in Manhattan in NY).

We look forward to visiting the Caymans (hell, we’re ecstatic!!!!!!).
