Nestled in the lee of Morgan’s Harbor, Catch is the inspiration of restauranteurs Walter Fajette and Cristiano Vincentini. United by their love of alfresco dining and the beautiful waters of the Caribbean Sea, Walter and Cris opened the restaurant in December 2014 – their sole mission, to serve the Islands’ freshest catch.
Catch is open for lunch and dinner, from 11am until late. Our menus are updated regularly, include a fantastic range of fresh and local produce, especially local catch. Catch’s specials menu are updated daily and chef Jon prepares everything in house, from the fresh bread, to the ceviche.
