I am pretty sure all the dns resolving issues are finally fixed! clapping

This was one of the more challenging problems I've run across in all the years I've been running websites. Even the server support staff did not get it all properly configured until their third attempt.

Thanks to everyone for bringing this to my attention and following up with the times and places that were unable to connect; that helped a lot in troubleshooting the problems.

I'm here for a few more days and will check. I usually post pictures and a report while we are here but there were so many times that I couldn't access your site, that I just kind of gave up and figured that I'd do it from home. Glad you figured it out...it sure seemed strange that once in awhile I could get in, but many times I couldn't . But what a relief for you if it's all straightened out now

Thank you Shelly, it would take many pages to explain the details of why our domain name was not resolving correctly at different times from different locations but the short version is the way our dns zones were initially configured on our new server.
