Getting Married at Smiths Cove

I am getting married at Smiths Cove this coming April. I have a few things i need to take care of. My wedding planner is trying to charge me US $40 a gallon for fruit punch and US $81 a gallon for rum punch. Is that priced really high or normal? We would like to get our own beverages. Where could i find a liquor store and a grocery store near the cruise port?

Also, we are looking for transportation for 30-40 people from the cruise port to Smiths Cove. What would the best mode of transportation be?

There are coupons and discounts for many of these places in Activity Guide Magazine. If you do not see Activity Guide Magazine please ask your wedding planner or the GM or manager, where you are staying and ask them why it is not available. rolllaugh

You could give Elaine Taxi's a call. She has a 9 seater taxi and able to arrange for a larger van or second van and the best rate on the island. Elaine not only gives exceptional service, but is a great woman with positive personality. I wouldn't arrange with anyone else after my experience with her. She did our pick up and drop off of guests to and from the airport, our rehearsal dinner (40 people) and wedding transporation for the guests. click below for details:
