Rebecca Davidson is your very best bet...we used her for our 10th anniversary pictures last summer and we were so pleased with the results. She does amazing work and is so much fun to be around!

She was great...she did our wedding back in May 05.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to cayman activity guide for making a big impression on my last two clients. Michelle whose wedding was last night and was a blast as she plowed her way through the batabano carnival in fantastic spirts to have a gorgeous wedding and i was honoured to shoot her wedding. she looked Beautiful!!!!!

Also to say thank you to the guide for recommending Jennifer and Wade who were celebrating their 10th anniversary and had wads of fun shooting some fun portraits of them on the beach, we actually went out to dinner with these guys. Very cool!

Thanks a bunch and excellent information on the site! i will be recommending it to all our wedding clients.

We have all been so excited for Michelle and her wedding! Can't think of anyone who has had a better attitude and could have possibly prepared for her big day any better! Thanks for telling us that it all went well.

Jen (and Wade) are two very popular members of this board as well.....we are also very happy to hear that you were part of their special anniversary celebration and can't wait to hear more about it from them.

As I said last night in another thread...my trip report will soon come, but until then, I have to respond to this post immediately!! Smile

I cannot tell you guys how WONDERFUL a photographer Rebecca is! Our pictures were better than we EVER could have imagined. Her creativity and talent are beyond comparison. We had such a wonderful time with her at the shoot and later at dinner with both her and Gary, her trooper of a husband, who agreed to dinner with two total strangers on her word alone!!! We had a great time with them, and are glad to have made even more friends in Cayman.

If you need photos for ANYTHING - kids, parents, anniversary, wedding, etc....Rebecca is THE BEST! AND if you have time, stop by her shop in West Bay. That woman has more energy than anyone I've ever met!!!!

Jen sent us the link to their pictures and they are fabulous!! Last year was our 10th anniversary, I only wish I had been thoughtul enough to have pictures done as they did. We'll have to make up for it the next time we are down there. Hopefully we will have our girls with us and have family pictures!

Jen said they had a great time, and also at dinner that evening! I think that's very cool!

hey there nice to 'meet' you to. hope you get to make it back down onto the island for your '11th' anniversary and bring the kids and we can do a shoot of the whole family. jen and wade were very cool and we had loads of fun with their shoot. i cant beleive the amount of info you can get off this site. WAY TO GO JOE! there have been some great weddings in the last couple of weeks with some great stories but i must let the bride tell them so keep reading and keep posted. jen and wade thanks for the glowing report ... I want to begin with I cannot tell you how captivated and delighted I was to have Rebecca be a part of my wedding day, not only as my photographer but as a friend. hug

Saturday was a great experience, of course because I married the man I love, but also because I made so many connections with so many new friends on the island. Rebecca you definitely found your purpose in life. We live our life with intention and make our own choices which hopefully serve as to why we are here on the planet. You found your calling and then some. wine

Rebecca embraced this experience wholeheartedly. As unique as many of my experiences have been, getting married during a parade"batabano carnival" is in the top 5. She devoted time to me, brought that spark and inspiration which is very dear and special. Not only making it through the carnival, (hundreds of dancing locals) past police barricades, when No one else did, but chasing down the limo once we did escape the hotel, had two of our guests with bad backs ride with her, and then run after me as I ran through this batabano carnival & continue to photograph me. Amazing! split

From the bottom of my heart I and Drew want to convey my personal thanks to you and I deeply appreciate all you have done on this one turbulent Wedding Day.

it was a great joy photographing your wedding, i always think i have great stories to tell brides of things that have happened at weddings to cheer them up or make them feel like things "could be worse" but i think i have told your story more in the last month then any. hahahahahahahaha what a trooper. you were amazing and everyone couldnt beleive how calm and collected you remained and even to the end how things were not going to ruin this day for you. i still have your video on my phone of the police escort you recieved , sirens and all!!!!!! and have great joy in showing other clients....
