Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

When did they come back. I have been missing them since Ivan. Being stuck in London they are one of my few links.

Looks a lovely day, better than the horrid weather here.

I shall have to get on of my other computers going so that it can show that all day long. computer That will kill their bandwidth.

Thanks everyone. You can thank Noah for that. It was not easy getting that cam format to display on our board. I think it shuts down in the afternoon so we'll rotate it with the Port Authority cam so there is always something current displayed, as much as possible. One thing I found out about having my own cam is they tend to lose contact with the driver and have to be reset every once in a while. When you see an outdated image, that's what happened. With two of them on rotation it will increase the chances of there usually being something live.

You can always go to our web cam topic to see all of Cayman's web cams displayed in one place. Wink

Yep, that's it, that's my one complaint. In the Royal Palms webcam - those umbrellas have got to go! Or....the camera could be moved down a bit so we can see the horizon on the water. Just IMHO....... Mr. Green

I hate to complain because we waited so long for the webcam, but if only they could move one or two umbrellas so we could see the length of the beach......just slide the tables to the right??? to accomodate the webcam!

Now, what is really important...the guests eating and drinking or the webcam??? Razz Razz Razz

You can go to their "web cam 2" on their web site for a view of the beach without umbrellas. www.reefgrill.com

I know how it happened. Yesterday they did some table shuffling for a party of about 16 people.

A week or so the cam was angled out more toward the water.(which is great) Into the view came one and sometimes two long "boats" with a tale fin of sorts. They look like they could almost be platforms of some type. What are these? Subs? (am not talking about the cruise ships)

Thanks...as my curiousity is killing me.
