Please Do Not worry in the least!

Sometimes it forecasts rain for days and you may be lucky to see rain for 5 minutes a day. Been there during Hurricane Wilma, the Boob tube makes it sound and look a heck of allot worse then you would imagine. I not only drove through Wilma to see BFM but enjoyed every moment. (As long as I wasn't watching the forecasts...) sun

Enjoy...keep positive, and your vacation will be amazing.

I'm wishing for SUN LOTS OF SUN for you! Very Happy

By all forecast models and predictions, this system is expected to pass well to the north of us and pose no threat whatsoever to the Cayman Islands. Unless something else comes up, you can be reasonably certain of a warm and sunny vacation. sun

I'm not an expert, but moreso than the tropical weather, you should probably be more concerned about flight delays on the USA end for your departure.....due to rain, or power issues from the heat wave!

I admit I'm a little worried too, since we arrive noon on Saturday for 4 days. Although, I am taking to heart that even though the forecast has little thunderstorm icons all four days, there will be 5 minutes of rain and mostly sunny skies for our visit to your island. Wink
