I have searched for this information and I get a range of cost anywhere from $20 to $35 and not sure if that is pp.

There will be 2 of us with 3 luggage pieces.

I hope someone here knows is the price per person or per ride.? thanks

I would estimate the cost at $25 per trip, not per person, with no additional charge for the luggage.
