stingray city/snorkel trip from the north side

We are staying on the north side and trying to determine if we can arrange an afternoon trip to stingray city/snorkel trip from the north side/rum point area. we would like to go with a good operator on a monday afternoon with a small group or a reasonably priced private charter. We have 7 adults and 2 kids in our group.

Can we do this without having to drive to Georgetown?
