Thanks Joe! As a "starvin' artist" myself, I appreciate the information and the chance to see the beautiful art created by the people of the Cayman Islands! Oh, and JEWELRY in the same space, looks like I'll be starvin' a little more!

Really quite a diverse group of styles, something for everyone indeed! Here's hoping they do extremely well!

Celine

Thanks Celine: I'm excited about it too. There not many galleries in the Cayman Islands that can boast such an impressive and diverse assortment of local arts and crafts all under the same roof.

You should try to visit Mitzi's during one of your visits. Mitzi is quite the character and a virtual encyclopedia of Cayman Islands art and history; she is one vivacious and charming lady who is always eager to share her stories with visitors. Very Happy

What a delightful selection! As an aspiring artist myself, I always search out the local art whenever I visit a new country. So happy to have discovered this wonderful website and all the exciting presentations on display. I only wish I was able to spend more time here before my last trip.

Really wanted to meet Mitzi and see her collection on my last trip, but time ran out. SO much to do, so little time... Coming again in November, and will surely visit both places. Have already added them to my must do list!

Thank you all for presenting such a helpful medium for planning our next Cayman Island vacation. Your website is indeed a work of art in and of itself.

Celine,

Mitzi's is located at 5 Bay Harbour Centre, just north of the GC Beach Suites (formerly the Hyatt), on the opposite side of West Bay Road (right side of West Bay Road as you are heading north), just south of the Strand Shopping Center.

Hope that helps.
