Many of you ask about prices at the grocery stores. I posted a list last year and thought I would update it with some prices from this year. Prices are in Cayman dollars, so the cost in US dollars would be 25% more.

Sorry the list isn't in any order, but I just took the prices off the cash register tape.

It's a brown liquor that some people say tastes like cough syrup. It must be served ICE cold. I keep mine in the freezer. People either love it or hate it. (Kinda like White Castle...) My wife won't go near the stuff.

I'll post a photo when I remember my photobucket password.... (And no, it's not Jagermeister...)

I'll have to ask my husband about this---I don't drink at all and when I did drink that was not on the list of things I requested.----doesn't sounds anything like a screwdriver or pink squirrel.

Didn't I see a photo somewhere on the forum of one of you guys drinking the stuff?

Shelly,

I have a 12yr old who so afraid that he won't like any food there. He likes your average fast food places and what we make at home. Are there any pizza or taco places on GC?? We sure don't want him to "starve to death"as he puts it. Rolling Eyes When my husband and I went we didn't look for places like that to eat at.

Unfortunately the fast food restaurants arrived quite a few years ago.....but a number of places have kids items on their menus.
