Good evening all,

Hope you are all well.

My fiance and I are hoping to come to the Cayman Islands for a fortnight in September 2008 for our honeymoon. We have a ?2000 (which equates to 4,000USD) budget for flights and accommodation. We are not really sure were to start and would really appreciate some help.

We would like somewhere reasonably quiet but as its our honeymoon we would ideally like to stay somewhere nice (We don't ask for much Wink )

Does anyone have any suggestions as to where would be the best place to stay?

Many thanks

Hi Joe,

How are you?

Thanks for your reply, sorry for the delay in responding, we've been checking out all the accommodation info and the rest of CAG!

The current favorite is Villas of the Galleon, but ideally we would love a Oceanfront units which is out of our price range.

I love the Marriott Beach resort but it looks like its quite busy. Also we would prefer kitchen facilities.

We have also seen an offer for the Westin but as there is not much info on your site I guess you wouldn't recommend it?

The rates function is fantastic, it immediately showed us which resorts were in our budget (We have found some flights for 1800USD which leaves us 2200USD for accommodation)

We will look some more and then we will be back begging for more advice! Wink

Many thanks,

Kate

Don't forget, you need to eat too, and restaurants can be pretty pricey. You might consider a condo so that you could do some of your meals in.

Just an idea for you to think about. There are some condos listed on the hotel search too

Shelly :-)
