My husband and I are planning our first getaway to the Caymans next month. We have not been alone since before our honeymoon so this trip is needed! Not to mention he just returned from a 7 month deployment in Iraq!!! Anyway, we need to book a hotel and are not sure which to chose. Basically, we are going to hang on the beach or at the pool, have some nice dinners, visit a few attractions and maybe get a spa treatment..basically just relax.

Does anyone know if one hotel is better than the other for that? We are only staying for 3 nights. I have read so many reviews my mind is spinning!

and we liked it. We were also traveling with an 18 month old, so having the suite came in handy - she slept in the living room area and we had the room to ourselves.

we ate at the Marriott one night, but we didn't see the rooms, the resort there also looked nice.

we drove by the Westin, but never made it in...keep reading some of the reviews here...this is pretty much where I got all my info including discounted rates.

Hi. We stayed for 12 days at the Marriott back in May and had a truly great time. The beach is lovely, the pool close by and the service friendly and efficient.

We had a Garden view room which was nicely decorated and a comfortable, pleasant place to relax.

We ate in the Solano restaurant every evening and loved the food.

Totally recommend!! clapping

Not sure what your budget is but my wife and I stayed at the Hyatt(which is the middle $$ of the three) and we loved it. It was our "honeymoon" as we did not have one 16 years ago. It was perfect.

The Westin looked really nice but it is like $100.00 more a night.

I think your budget will determine where you will stay.

They are all very nice.

We have stayed at the Westin a few times and loved it, but paid a TON for it........look at all the reports and photos of the Marriot.........I would, in a HEARTBEAT stay there........if only for the turtle pond.........IF I were staying at 7MB!
