Not Sure Where to Stay in July

Hi there,

I am bringing two kids (11, 14) to Grand Cayman for 10 days in July. Currently we are booked into the Ritz - but I'm not sure we want to stay there. I do want a nice pool and beach and close access to watersports. I've been thinking of switching to the Westin. Anyone have any thoughts? My daughter (14) likes a smaller place but we still want all the luxuries of a resort - like a nice pool, beach chairs, bar, restaurant, bikes, watersports and easy access to restaurants. HELP - there are too many choices.

Also - we like to hit a few tennis balls - the Westin does not have courts - are there other courts we could go to if we want to play?

Any hints or advice you have would be appreciated. Thanks!!

Welcome papajen, I have a condo that I am almost giving away because of a new job. It has almost everything that you are looking for but it is for 2 wks. in july. Waiting for O.K. from moderators to post details of this fantastic deal. Keep checking back for updates.

I see that there is a two bedroon condo for rent in July. This may be just up your ally. Sounds like a great deal !!!!!

I didn't see the pool at the Ritz, but the Westin Causurina has a totally cool pool and outdoor patio area (on the beach). The Ritz seemed to have more going for it in the way of water sport rentals, etc. It'll be interesting to see what you finally decide upon. Of course, if you're on our budget then the Comfort Suites is about as high-class as we get Wink
