My husband and I will be visiting the Caymans in the first week of February. We have been looking online for some time now, trying to find something to do that won't cost much! I love to snorkel , but he has never been. Can anyone recommend somewhere where the current is mild? I am traveling with Carnival and I assume we will be landing in George Town. I would prefer a nice place with a little peace, but as I have never been there before, I don't know where to find that if I can at all! This is our honeymoon and I want it to be nice. Thanks![B]

Hi shannansgroove:
and congratulations!

The answer to your question is easy. Grand Cayman is the only place in the world where you can interact with playful stingrays in their own environment. It's called Stingray City and you can read all about it and see the video in This Topic

Have a wonderful honeymoon and vacation!

Shannansgroove,

The Soto stingray trip also stops off on the way for a great snorkel experience. When we went it was the first time my wife had been out with mask & fins Snorkel the Soto team were very good & helped her to enjoy the experience. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.
