It is not "sneaking around" to go to a resort that is cruise-ship friendly. Stingers at Comfort Suites welcomes cruise ship passengers so long as they can handle the load.
Surprisingly, almost 90% of cruise passengers do not check ahead of time so they do not know these types of services are available to them for free. Only the shrewd 10% or so who research ahead of time find that they can have a non crowded beach with good snorkeling and a bar, shade, chair, restaurant, etc. all for free. Or I should say for the cost of a few drinks and maybe a meal. Although, even if you pay for a day pass you are still charged extra for food and drink. Why pay for something when you can have it for free? |
