This is one of the all time best must-do activities on the island. Swimming in the warm tropical water on horseback is the experience of a lifetime. I would put this way at the very top of everyone's must-do list, right up there with Stingray City!
They have an easy mounting ladder and lots of friendly people to get you started and make you comfortable. Even if you've never rode a horse before they are very patient and helpful and will have you on your way in no time. The horses are extremely tame and friendly - and very well cared for - pampered.
You start off on a beautiful nature trail that leads directly to the beach.
Riding along this pristine stretch of beach is one of the most scenic areas of the whole island. There are no boats or jet skis or people - Just your small group and your horses.
There are some cool shady rest spots along the way.
After riding for a while in the sun they stop and take off the saddles and you ride bareback into the sea. Swimming on a horse is one of the most beautiful sensations you will ever experience. These gentle giants move gracefully through the sea with you on their back. Soothing and refreshing it is an experience unlike any other. This alone makes this a true must do experience.
Those horses are not standing up!
After the swim you ride back along the beach and through the nature trails, back to the farm.
The farm is a virtual nature park with lots of animals, baby chickens, deer, iguanas and beautiful flowers.
This is an experience not to be missed and unlike anything I have seen anywhere else in the world. Do not miss this unique opportunity, which will leave you with a lifetime of wonderful memories.

He is cute, actually - for a deadly man-eating shark.
You haven't rode 'till you've taken a sunset ride along a white sand beach. You can feel the romance in the air as you canter along in total solitude. Swimming in the sea atop a beautiful stallion is an experience like no other. I can't recommend this highly enough to anyone who likes horses and craves excitement.
I wouldn't want to have to chose between that or the sub. Although, since you dive you will be seeing plenty of the ocean. A horseback ride might be a nice distraction.
Two months will pass before you know it. In the mean time, keep coming here. This is the next best thing (or at least that is what I am hoping it will be).
When you say "SWIM" the horses, do you really mean that you sit on the horse while it swims around in the ocean? I never heard of anything like that. If that is the case, I have got to try this one.
Me and the Mrs. have used Pampered Ponies a couple of times, we found them in the Activity Guide (little plug for you Joe ). They really do let you "swim" the horses. Go on the beach ride and there is a spot where you can ride in on the horses and when it gets deep, they start swimming. It was an incredible experience for us and we do it every trip now.
PS... You should NOT use ************ We heard that they mistreat their horses, starve them and abuse them. We saw their horses one time we went with them and they looked kind of sickly. That would explain it.
