This seems to be a difficult questions as none of the people I enquired with was able to give an answer.
We are an Italian family travelling to Grand Cayman next August. Our child, aged 8, does not have an individual passport, he is registered on both my wife's and my passport which however have no picture of the child attached (under Italian law pictures of children under the age of ten who are registered on their parents' passports are not required).
Would this comply with the Cayman Islands entry requirements? Or children MUST have an individual passport no matter what their age is? or they can be just registered on their parents' passports but a picture is anyway required?
Many thanks to whoever has got the answer!

Correct me if I am wrong, but I do believe they have to have their own. My kids used theirs.

I found this on the Cayman Immigration site ....

"Commonwealth citizens, and citizens of the following countries must have passports but do not require Visas to enter the Cayman Islands:

Andorra, Argentina, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Denmark, Ecuador, El Salvador, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guatemala, Iceland, Irish Republic, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Oman, Panama, Peru, Portugal, San Merino, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Venezuela."

It does not stipulate any age requirements for the passport requirement so I think it would be best if you contacted Cayman Immigration just to be sure... The number there is (345) 949-8344 ... Have Fun!!!
