We are going to Caymans in Sept.
What part of the year are the mosquito's the worst or is
it the same all year?
What will September be like?
Thanks.

We have been there in Nov, Dec, Jan, and Feb and have never been bothered by mosquitoes.....but from what I hear this year has been pretty bad-but I will say the same is true here at home. Way more mosquitoes than in the past---I guess that is a product of the very wet spring that we had.

Sorry, I don't know specifically about september ---

Bring along your repellent...sometimes sand flies can also be troublesome at certain locations.

Shelly's right about the pesky sand flies or 'no see ums' as they're known split
I got attacked by the blighters & asked dear Miss Cleo at Morritts how to treat the bites. She said 'use gin', I said 'what drink it?' BouncingLaugh
