Yippie we are here!!
I was wondering if someone could help me out... Luau at Stingers or Feast at the Marriott??

Driving not as hard as I thought...maybe rest of the family might not like my driving, but no one has yelled or honked at me..LOL

Well we are off to Rum Point for the day to enjoy this wonderful weather.

Jody

Glad you're enjoying yourselves so far.

That's a hard call on the Stingers v Marriott thing. I'm going to take the spineless wayout and leave that to others.

Keep the vacation updates coming!

DS

Welcome jodyekg: I hope you are having a wonderful vacation so far.

In general, if you prefer a much greater selection of food and want to see the show directly on the beach, the Marriott would be your best bet.

If you are more interested in the show itself with often a much better band but much less food variety and poolside as opposed to oceanfront, Stingers would be a better choice.

Prices are subject to change but currently the show at Stingers is: CI$24.95; the Marriott show costs CI$49.00. Both prices do not include gratuity.

Whatever you decide you can count on one of the best dinner shows on the island. Be sure to bring your camera.

Thanks for the info, so maybe will just flip a coin. It doesn't sound like we would lose either way.

Rum Point was everything people have said it was... saw many fish and a couple of stingrays which was kind of freaky, I mean we have done Soto's several times on other visits, but to see them just swimming
around was cool.. my friend says one of them was chasing her, which it kind of hung around for awhile, so you knows...lol

Next question is about the Turtle Farm, does it still have that big swimming pool lagoon, or is that where they made the dolphin swim thing?

Oh and Joe, Barefoot Kai from Caymanvillas is MORE than what is advertised,Julia from Cayman Villas was great with all her help from all my many questions the weeks prior of getting here. We are already planning next year, and maybe bring the grandkids..

Another thing I just thought of, I really don't want to drive Friday or Sat. night after the street fair, is there a driving service that can pick us up and then maybe pick us up later?

Having fun,

Jody
