Vacation shopping......a couple of questions

Normally we do all inclusive...not only the cost but the convenience factor is a big issue.......and I do not want to cook while we're on vacation, nada......I looked at some recommended places on Grand Cayman......are there recommend places that have breakfast included and possibly provide lunch? I do know there are two resort that offer meal plans....not CAG recommended....one is too far to the east and the other has iron shore beach...not something I care to do again after staying on 7 Mile Beach.....we were lucky to get back to Aruba in October of this year and stayed at the Riu....it was fantastic....food wonderful.....weather.....hmmmm.....Omar did it's number on Aruba even though it's out of the hurricane belt....love Aruba and GC equally....snorkeling is much better on GC......I am open to suggestions...I've been reading about trip reports and upcoming trips....they make me long for GC.....was thinking about Barbados....not happy with the AA flights and that's all I see that go there and flight times are horrible.
