As in Cayman Kai and Kaibo? I can think of at least 3 ways to pronounce those 3 letters -- what's preferred by locals?

(We learned that generally Cayman has the accent on the second syllable, and is only sometimes "Caymun" as we USA-uns usually say).

The "a" in both words is silent. The "i" is as in "island".

Thank you!! We're heading over there a couple of times, and it helps my mental planning conversations to know how to say the local terms (as well as helping in out-loud conversations while there).
