Never had a good experience with them. When my friends certified with them they had an attitude. When they took me diving the operator on the boat insulted me by saying "some people on the boat are not paying attention". Reason being: We were at the same site from the day before....5 minutes from their pier and they NEVER asked (at the pier) where had everyone been this week. Attitudes! My G/F is trying to call there now and get certified with them (we have a hotel package that WAS using divers down) and they will not return a call. Also the hotel said they were not using them anymore.
