where you will be given a generous discount for being an Activity Guide member. They are one of only 6 condos on Seven Mile Beach that I have given my personal recommendation, after a thorough evaluation of every condominium on Seven Mile Beach.

I highly recommend this condo to anyone seeking very affordable accommodations with a nice beach and excellent snorkeling. They are completely out of the congestion zone of traffic and in close proximity to many shops and restaurants.

Grandview is a unique property in that they have both a large sandy beach and very good snorkeling.

This whole area is abundant in sandy beaches, shady trees and good snorkeling conditions.

This is in between Grandview and Treasure Island Condos.

Two lighted tennis courts.

Nicely landscaped grounds with large free form pool.

Clean cozy bedrooms.

Large modern open living areas.

Well appointed kitchen.

The Grandview's spacious villas with private balconies are fully-furnished and designed with comfort in mind. Each villa comes with a well equipped modern kitchen, direct dial telephones, satellite television, central air conditioning and ceiling fans. Joe, I am so pleased The Grandview made the "A" list! I am also pleased the staff worked so hard post Ivan to get the project in shape to earn your recommendation. One thing I would like to point out is EVERY CONDO HAS A FULL VIEW OF THE OCEAN. In addition, some are oceanfront. I am proud to be an owner.

grandview jon - It wasn't even close. Grandview and TI condos were light years beyond anything else in that area - even though many charged more, especially with George Town Villas being closed. That was the easiest of all of the three categories. You made a very smart choice. Wink

no but, treasure island is a short walk actually right door. they have a swim up bar and food.

And you are very close to Kirk Supermarket, where you can get deli food. It's a short walk to town for shopping so you don't have to deal with parking and congestion. Coconut Joe's, Stingers, The Marriott - with several restaurants and Aqua Beach are about 1 mile away. Grandview is one of the most walking friendly condos on the beach because of its proximity to both town and beach attractions. Still, I highly recommend getting a car so you can experience all of the best sites, restaurants and activities.

If you haven't done so already, you can get a car from Andy's or Economy and use your Activity Guide member discount. Wink

We booked Grandview for December 29th - Jan 5th, and I'm so happy to see the report on them. We have stayed at Georgetown Villa's and Grapetree Cocoplum in the past. But are really excited to stay at the Grandview. Thank you for helping us!

Dymon, You will love The Grandview. You made a good choice. I go there about three times a year. Say hello to Max and Kenesha in the office for me. Let me know if you want some information about snorkeling off the beach, places to eat, etc.

We look forward to meeting Max and Kenesha. And, we will say "hello" to them from you. Always interested in new places to snorkel in Cayman. This will be the first year that I'm certified to scuba dive and was wondering if you have any advice on dive centers in Cayman? By the way, which unit # is yours?

There are many good dive operations. Eden Rock and ****** are my favorites. Be sure to do the "Turtle Farm Reef" shore dive in West Bay. The very best diving (wall with great coral, sponge and fish) is now located on East End of the Island. Snorkeling off The Grandview is good also. Look for the 200 yard marker (white bouy with yellow stripe) off of Treasure Island, which is right next door. The area is about 75 yards off shore. Usually can find large lobsters in the holes. My unit is 1212. I think it is rented when you will be there.
