I've stayed at VOG on 5 different occasions. We love it there. There's no "pool", except that 7MB is like one big pool. Lisa is that manager at VOG, and we've always had a positive experience there. You can walk over the Westin and eat, or get coffee in the morning. Same with the Ritz.

I'll be staying at the Villas for a friends wedding and she, Lisa, is originally from Iowa and we're all from Iowa so she's giving us a great deal to come down and stay there. I know the bride talked to Lisa directly and I chatted with her in emails and she was very helpful and gave us a better rate than the brides travel agent could guarantee so we booked directly with her. You might try contacting her and seeing what she can do...no promises from me though but she was willing to work with us. Have a fun trip!

Marci, right? I was the one that suggested that you stay at the VOG in another posting. Yes, their rates are very flexible and Lisa is great to work with. We are going in June/July. I've only heard wonderful things about VOG.

Congrats to your girlfriend and have a wonderful vacation!
