Spectacular fire/limbo show, live music by one of Cayman’s top bands and all you can eat buffet for only $24.95. Easily the most highly valued dinner show on the island.
Located in Seven Mile Beach, Map 3/D-12. Phone: 945-3000.
Photos and video start on page 2

Joe, Do you by chance know an info on their Luau buffet? Price for adults and children (age 3) and what type of items they have on their menu?

Thank you!

They charge US$19.95 (plus grats). The 3 year old should be no charge.

They serve Rost Pork, Chicken, Fish, Salads, Bread and usually some kind of dessert.

The show is a fire eater, limbo dancer, live band and lots of audience participation. It's a lot of fun!

That sounds like so much fun! My mother and I would love to go to that, and I'd definitely participate; but I'm sure my mother would prefer to watch. Would that be okay, or would she feel weird (would she be the only one just watching)?

Hi Lainie - Welcome to the forum.

Your mother would not feel out of place at all just sitting back and enjoying the festivities. Audience participation is voluntary. Wink

Just got off the phone with Stingers, and they're only having the luau on Wednesdays right now. This trip was kind of a last-minute idea (our initial reservations had to be cancelled), and so it's a bit of a shorter one (Thursday through Tuesday). Oh, well...I guess we'll have to go there on our next trip!

so we should make our reservations now for our trip in April?

We will be there two weeks...two Wednesdays. Could we wait until the Thursday we arrive and make it for the 2nd Wed and still be alright?

Did that make sense????

smithereens - If you are staying for almost two weeks, you will be fine waiting until you get here to book the Luau. Smile

So long as you book it within the first few days of your arrival you will be more than fine. Most visitors only stay a week, so you will have a head start. Razz

Yes I plan on going to Obar, PD's Pub, Lone Star, Coconut Joe's, etc. However, my buddy and I are interested in doing something a little different. As 28 and 29 year old guys, would we fit in at the Stinger's Luau or the Jolly Roger cruise? Or do those events attract couples and/or married folks? And no we're probably not interested in Next Level or Matrix. Thanks all for your help!!!

I've been to the Stingers Luau and it attracts all ages of people. I would say mostly 20 - 40 but no one older or younger would feel out of place. It's a bar so it's not a kiddy thing.

If the bar scene does not interest you, those are exactly the kinds of things you will probably enjoy. You will fit right in, enjoy! Cheers

Joe, actually the bar scene does interest us, just not the "club" scene. Any recommendations for fun, casual bars would be greatly appreciated. By the way, your board is outstanding...great job!

The Luau would be perfect for dinner & entertainment. Jolly Roger is great fun, just make sure to take motion sickness pills if you get motion sickness. I learned that the hard way! Barf (sorry for the emotion...but I had to do it!!)
