Pappagallo Restaurant
Our goal is to provide our guests with a
wonderful and memorable culinary experience. We
know that a truly great dining experience is
the combination of excellent atmosphere,
excellent food and excellent service. At
Pappagallo's we understand that your dinner
party is very important and that your guests
have high expectations - Pappagallo's is ready
to meet them.
Pappagallo's also specializes in private dinner
functions, from small gourmet dinner parties of
10 people, to buffet theme dinners, to large
wedding
receptions for up to 300 guests.
Pappagallo's can organize your party down to the last detail, including music and live entertainment, sound systems or theme decoration. Or we can just offer a great meal served in beautiful surroundings. We can work closely with you, to make your dinner party a really memorable one.

Set on the shore of a secluded lake and bird sanctuary in West Bay, Ristorante Pappagallo offers magnificent al fresco or air-conditioned dining, that always guarantees fantastic food and impeccable service.
This tropical atmosphere is enhanced by the
unique and intriguing architecture of the
restaurant. The roof, which is Palopa style, is
30ft tall at his highest point and shaped like
two big open umbrellas.
It incorporates more than 100,000 local silver thatch palm leaves which have been collected from the Cayman Islands and thatched by local craftsmen. This rests in harmony with the rest of the structure and decor, which is mainly constructed of bamboo, ironwood, local stone and exquisite marble.
On arrival, you will enter the Pappagallo
Restaurant trough, a wooden bridge across our
pond with large tropical fish visible in the
water, which surrounds the restaurant. You will
then enter the lobby and from there can enter
into any of our three dining areas.
Pappagallo Room
This is the smallest and most intimate of
our dining rooms. It is fully air-conditioned
and displays live sets of tropical parrots in
each of its large windows.
Seating capacity ranges from 40 to 60 people depending on seating arrangements. It can be fitted with a private bar for a cocktail reception before dinner, if requested.
The Pappagallo Room is the perfect choice for
smaller functions, cocktail parties, board
meetings, or special theme dinner parties.
Flamingo Room
This room has been designed to take advantage of
the gentle northeasterly breeze, and also has
tropical-styled ceiling fans to keep our guests
cool.
This room could also be air-conditioned during
the warmest months. Seating capacity ranges from
80 to 90 people.
Because of its location just next to the Garden
Patio, these two rooms work very well together
with groups larger than 160 people.
Garden Patio
Accessible through the Flamingo Room, this
screened-in patio is set on the edge of the
water, offering a formidable view of the water
and the mangroves, which are plentiful with
local tropical birds.
Like the Flamingo Room, the Patio enjoys a wonderful northeasterly breeze for most of the year .
The Patio roof is built with rustic cedar wood
and has been fitted with ceiling fans, which
give the patio a casual, but sophisticated,
look.
At night, the lights around the pond are turned
on, so that guests can enjoy the wonderful view
into the mangroves bay.
The Patio can be fitted with a private bar,
cocktail area, live band or DJ, microphone and
projector if necessary.
Because of its large capacity and remote setting, the Garden Patio is the perfect choice for medium to large dinner groups, especially where music and dancing are involved. The Patio works very well with the Flamingo Room for groups larger then 160 people.
Total seating capacity in the restaurant ranges from 270 to 300 people, depending on the seating arrangements and special needs.
